Unbowed USA is an early-stage, youth-led organization being built from scratch.
That means we do not currently have the funding to offer paid staff positions.
Every role listed on this page is currently unpaid and volunteer-based unless
explicitly stated otherwise. We want to be completely upfront about that.
What we can offer is the opportunity to help shape a growing organization, build real-world experience,
develop a portfolio, take on meaningful responsibility, and work alongside people committed to Truth.

We are still in the early stages.
You may be helping create systems that do not exist yet, developingnew content formats, assisting with events, building relationships,
or figuring things out as we grow.
If you need a traditional job with guaranteed hours, established departments,and immediate compensation, this probably is not the right opportunity.
If you want to help build something at the beginning and gainhands-on experience while doing it, we want to hear from you.
CONTENT CREATOR
Help produce short-form videos, interviews, commentary clips, and original content for Unbowed USA.

Turn raw footage into Reels, Shorts, interviews, podcasts, and promotional content.
Ideal for:

Help manage content calendars, captions, publishing, community engagement, and platform growth.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Create social graphics, event materials, thumbnails, flyers, and other visual assets using the Unbowed USA brand.
FIELD / CAMPUS CREATOR
Assist with interviews, event coverage, campus conversations, filming, and behind-the-scenes content.
WRITER / RESEARCH CONTRIBUTOR
Help research topics, prepare interview notes, develop articles, organize sources, and assist with long-form content.
PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER
Capture events, interviews, speakers, campus content, and promotional material.
EVENT TEAM
Help with event setup, registration, production, logistics, hospitality, and other on-site needs

OPERATIONS / ADMINISTRATION
Help organize contacts, scheduling, outreach, internal systems, applications, and day-to-day organizational tasks.
